We don’t accept return of the products or cancellation once the order is placed due to the following reasons:

1. All our ceramic products are handcrafted so any return due to their inherent nature such as missing glaze, slight colour smudge, tiny bubbles, little flecks of glaze or bumps won’t be accepted. These are common featured in handmade ceramic products.
   
   
2. Non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery. Please arrange to receive your package as per the estimate from the date of shipping. Please let us know in advance while placing the order by sending us an email at support@karigreh.in mentioning your order ID in the subject to ship your order at a later date within 12 hours of placing the order.
   
   
3. If incorrect price is listed as a reason compared to a similar website or business as Karigreh.
   
   
4. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, or related reasons on the customer’s side, any extra costs incurred by us for return and redelivery will be claimed from the customer.
