A customer is eligible for refund or replacement in case of any of the following:

  1. Products damaged during shipment- We take extra caution in packing of our products, however due to mishandling by courier partners some pieces might get damaged. In that case we request our customers to shoot an unboxing video of the package and email to us on support@karigreh.in within 24 hours of receiving the package. 

    • Please note without an unboxing video where we can see that the broken piece from the onset of opening the package, refund or replacement won’t be accepted.

    • We will get back to your request within 12 to 24 hours and once the unboxing video is approved, we will provide you a refund or replacement option.

    • Upon the acceptance of refund option, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours back to the original source of payment which may take 5 to 7 working days depending upon your bank portal.

    • Upon acceptance of replacement option with the same product originally selected or other alternative, the same process of processing an order will be followed and shipped in 3 to 4 working days and get delivered in 7 to 10 working days after shipment.


  2. Missing product- Incase a product is missing from your order, the same process of product damaged during shipment has to be followed. We will ship you the missing item upon approval of the unboxing video.

  3. Return to Office (RTO) – All our orders are prepaid, but incase due to any unavoidable circumstance customer is unable to accept the order and it has to be sent back to us, we will process the refund after deducting the shipping charges. For reattempt of delivery of the parcel, additional shipping charges will be applied.
